I just could not believe it, Ansley lost her first tooth just a few days before turning 5. She had gone to the dentist on Tuesday morning and he told her that she had a loose tooth. By Wednesday morning she decided that she would wiggle it until it came out. So she kept her finger in her mouth for a full 3 hours just pushing and wiggling it. Her finger got all wrinkly and she was drooling, but she kept at it. Then she asked me to check and I pulled it right out. Of course the next move was to put it under her pillow and wait for the tooth fairy. The next morning she was thrilled with her prize and told us all how she saw the tooth fairy come in her room. According to Ansley the tooth fairy walked in her room and brought her brother with her. She did have wings, but decided not to use them so she came in the front door. It was a funny cute story.
