Ellie has been waiting and waiting for there to be enough snow to play in. She was thrilled when she came home from school and saw the snow. The girls quickly ate lunch and ran upstairs to get all their snow gear out. After 20 minutes of putting on hats, pants, gloves, scarves, boots... they were ready! They ran out to make angels, it was cute. Then they tried to sled and the fun quickly turned into frustration. Ellie stomped back in and declared that snow was no fun and all you can do is make boring angels. I urged her to go back out and use her imagination to which she replied, "Mom, I have no imagination". However she did go back out for a little while. They now really want Daddy to take them somewhere to sled... It is still snowing so maybe they will get to sled soon!
