Halloween on a Monday night.... We had fun and I think having Halloween on a Monday night was a great idea because the girls were at school all day and not continuously asking if it was time to go trick or treating. Aliya was our adorable little Minnie Mouse, Ellie rocked her 80's gear, and Ansley was a scary cheerless leader. Ansley had trouble getting ready and Grandma had to do a last minute sewing job her gloves to save the night! Rick got home early and we made it out to trick or treat right on time. It was a beautiful night and the girls got way too much candy. Rick had to come back out (he had gone home early with Aliya) on his bike to bring bags for the girls because their buckets were full!! We enjoyed seeing the neighbors all dressed up, it is always a fun night. Thanks Mom for staying at the house and handing out candy.
