Ellie had her spring singing program a few weeks ago at school and she was great! It was a country bumpkin/American theme and the kids looked like they were having fun. Singing programs are not normally one of Ellie's favorite things, but she made it through. Grandma and Nana along with our family came to see her perform. It is so nice the girls have so much support from all of our family, they are very lucky!
We left the performance and headed home in very dark strange looking clouds. Ellie went into a screaming panic attack in the car on the drive (1/2 mile) back. Once we were home the tornado siren went off and we headed for the basement with two screaming girls and one little girl who was just happy to have a chance to play in the basement :) The weather soon passed and we tried to resume a normal night.
